Disappointed with PS3 Linux
I wrote this article on PS3 Linux. However, I was disappointed with PS3 Linux.
First of all, PS3 Linux cannot run Adobe Flash Player. Therefore, almost all video on the web cannot be watched on PS3 Linux. Off course, Gnash, which is emulator of Flash Player, is provided by GNU project. But, it is not perfect, for it can only play a simple video, not a complex one.
The second, PS3 Linux is very slow. Swap is often occurred. Therefore, application on PS3 Linux is not quickly worked.
The third, my display for PS3 is not flat panel display. Then, the fonts are not easy to see. It is a little bit double. Then, my eyes are tired.
I want to see ABC news or CNN news or CNBC news on TV. But, PS3 Linux cannot do this.
