Is inflation target politics appropriate? [Economics]
The Prime Minister Abe tries to introduce inflation target politics. However, I don't think it's an appropriate politics. I think Bank of Japan should become a keeper of price and not become a slave of politicians. Mr. Abe said that inflation target politics is needed for getting out of deflation in Japan. The price of commodities is getting higher by the politics, meanwhile salaries or wages do not increase, I think. So, people suffer the increasing of the cost of life and never receive the benefit of the politics. On the other hand, companies receive the benefit from the politics by raising the price of their products. They will be able to increase their profits. But, I think the profits are not delivered to workers. Off course, some workers are distributed to those profits. Most of people are not. I believe the economics of Japan will be influenced badly by the politics. But, I don't know what kind of politics should be selected for Japan instead of infraction target politics.
