The trouble of Sound Chip (or Card) in Ubuntu Part2 [Computer]
Unfortunately, I cannot solve the problem that the SPDIF chip prevents the analog chip in the way that I described in the previous article.
So, I try another way. This way is that "amixer" is used.
"Amixer" is a command line softwear of "Alsamixer". (This is my understanding.)
By using "amixer", the SPDIF chip can be disable.
The number of the SPDIF chip is "1" in my computer.
So, the commnad line is,
/usr/bin/amixer -c 0 sset "Auto-Mute Mode" Enabled
To make this automatic on boot by executing, the command line shall be described in in "/etc/rc.local".
I hope this can solve my problem.
